Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Take charge of Ravenna’s product positioning, messaging, and market narratives.

• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new features and significant product updates.

• Oversee launches in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance adoption.

• Develop sales enablement resources such as pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and talk tracks.

• Collaborate with product and engineering to convert technical features into customer benefits.

• Influence Ravenna’s brand through effective content, messaging, and narratives.

• Generate customer and market insights to refine messaging and inform product decisions.

• Assist in demand generation through coordinated campaigns, content creation, and outbound initiatives.

• Enhance product comprehension through content development, documentation, and educational resources.

• Work closely with founders, the go-to-market team, product, sales, engineering, and leadership.

• Proven experience leading product marketing for a technical product, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.

• Capability to simplify complex concepts into engaging narratives.

• Technical curiosity and proficiency in understanding system operations.

• Ability to engage effectively with product and engineering teams.

• Experience in communicating with enterprise buyers in IT, Security, or Operations.

• Skill in customizing messaging for various audiences.

• Proficient in executing tasks directly, including content creation, deck building, and campaign launches.

• Capacity to work independently without relying on large teams or external agencies.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on execution.
