Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete launch process for each product and its associated vertical sub-launches.

• Take charge of positioning across Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

• Guide designers and agencies, and create prototypes for landing pages.

• Transform customers into compelling proof of product success.

• Maintain a strong competitive edge and pursue conquest strategies.

• Work in close collaboration with product teams and founders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical expertise combined with hands-on experience.

• Proven track record as a launch operator with a history of executing product launches.

• Responsible for positioning across three or more ICPs.

• Versatile across various platforms: landing pages, paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, social media, and sales enablement.

• Possess a clear perspective on the AI employee sector.

• Significant and effective application of AI tools.

• Experience in converting customers into case studies and video testimonials.

• Proficient in Notion, Linear, PostHog, Hex, and basic SQL, or eager to learn rapidly.
