This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete go-to-market strategy for new product features and launches, encompassing positioning, messaging, launch schedules, and collaboration across functions.

• Collaborate closely with product management to gain a thorough understanding of the roadmap and convert technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.

• Create launch materials such as press releases, one-pagers, landing page content, email announcements, and social media posts.

• Ensure launch preparedness by coordinating across sales, customer success, and marketing for consistent and timely execution.

• Develop and maintain competitive battlecards, conduct win/loss analyses, and perform market landscape research centered on legal technology and plaintiff attorney sectors.

• Track competitor messaging, product updates, and market trends; distill findings into actionable insights for product and sales teams.

• Define and oversee Foundation AI's positioning and messaging framework, guaranteeing clear differentiation that is consistently applied across all channels.

• Conduct interviews with customers and prospects to refine messaging, pinpoint pain points, and uncover unmet needs.

• Create and sustain a library of sales materials, including pitch decks, case studies, objection handling guides, demo scripts, and ROI tools.

• Work with sales and sales operations to identify gaps in the buyer journey and develop targeted content to enhance pipeline progression.

• Educate sales team members on messaging, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Project Manager, marketing team, and content partners to ensure accurate representation of product messaging across email, social media, website, and event channels.

• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns linked to product milestones, industry events, and essential sales initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product marketing, showcasing ownership of launches, positioning, or competitive programs.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, or technology-oriented products.

• Excellent writing and communication abilities — capable of crafting clear, engaging narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote setting with shifting priorities.

• Preferred experience in legal technology, AI, plaintiff attorney workflows, litigation finance, or legal operations.

• Familiarity with the plaintiff attorney market, specifically in personal injury, mass tort, or class action practice areas.

• Experience facilitating go-to-market strategies in a startup or early-stage environment.

• Background in supporting sales-led or product-led growth initiatives within a B2B context.
