This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
• Lead cross-departmental marketing projects through agile project management, ensuring that campaigns and materials are created efficiently and align with business goals.
• Own the messaging and positioning of the Electric solutions, distilling intricate product capabilities into engaging narratives that promote adoption.
• Create and oversee a strategic portfolio of resources, including one-pagers, sell sheets, FAQs, partner pitch decks, and competitive battle cards that equip sales teams for success.
• Cultivate a marketing culture driven by data, utilizing competitive analysis, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to shape marketing strategies.
• Handle product update communications directed at clients and prospects.
• Employ a mix of quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize marketing initiatives and evaluate the success of partner adoption campaigns and product positioning efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design product nurture campaigns aimed at enhancing partner customer adoption and engagement with the platform.
• Define comprehensive campaign briefs, content requirements, and success metrics in partnership with marketing, design, and analytics teams, encompassing messaging frameworks, audience targeting, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for the development and execution of a complete marketing campaign lifecycle, ensuring the punctual delivery of impactful marketing assets.
• Over 5 years of experience in a product marketing position within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience in partner marketing, channel programs, and creating marketing materials for technical products and services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to utilize marketing data and comprehend partner ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive content and influence outcomes across various stakeholder groups.
• Experience in creating product-led sales enablement materials.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple departments.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in agile marketing methodologies and the ability to swiftly eliminate obstacles.
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and partner portal technologies is an advantage.
