This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Convert product roadmaps and technical capabilities into distinct customer advantages.
• Establish and take responsibility for product positioning, core messaging, and value propositions that resonate with customer needs, challenges, and desired results.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches and significant product updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set launch objectives, plans, and success metrics.
• Create impactful sales enablement tools and assets, including competitive intelligence and training resources for the sales team.
• Direct the creative vision and messaging for key marketing materials, working with internal teams or external agencies to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the comprehensive development of photo and video content, which includes crafting creative briefs, developing storyboards and shot lists, and supervising the execution from concept to final production.
• Ensure that all product marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns adhere to relevant regulatory, legal, and quality standards for registered medical devices.
• Manage and update all product marketing materials across both digital and print platforms, ensuring content is correct, current, and aligned with existing product offerings.
• Provide timely product expertise, positioning support, and market insights to Sales and Specialists.
• Offer input on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategies that are aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Gather and utilize Voice of Customer (VoC) insights through collaboration with customers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Effectively influence and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in Product Marketing or similar roles.
• Proven experience in developing product positioning, messaging, product launches, and sales enablement content.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
• Strong grasp of essential marketing principles, commercialization strategies, and execution of go-to-market plans.
• Proven capability to create and deliver high-quality product marketing materials, including launch assets and sales enablement tools.
• Experience in developing sales training programs, preferably of a technical or clinical nature.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
