This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take charge of sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, conversation frameworks, objection handling strategies, competitive positioning, and tailored proof points for accounts.
• Manage market positioning and messaging — articulating how we present Altruistiq, defining our unique value, identifying the buyer challenges we address, and explaining why enterprise clients choose us.
• Oversee the product narrative and go-to-market readiness — converting roadmap advancements and product launches into compelling, externally valuable stories for prospects, clients, and internal teams.
• Curate product-related content for the website, launch initiatives, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
• Control tone of voice, brand guidelines, and content approval procedures to ensure consistency, high quality, and proper review before publication.
• Create high-quality written content personally, which includes product release materials, website text, white papers, thought leadership articles, and sales collateral.
• Develop and maintain a library of customer proof points categorized by use case, buyer challenges, and account types.
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts to help the commercial team understand our strengths, weaknesses, competitor positioning, and necessary adaptations to our narrative.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging, field feedback, product launches, and commercial objectives.
• Enhance the outbound and account-based strategies with refined messaging, clearer campaign approaches, and improved product narratives for targeted accounts.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, content-driven marketing, solutions marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in marketing to enterprise buying groups with lengthy, complex sales cycles.
• Experience in launching new products, capabilities, or initiatives into the market.
• Solid understanding of product marketing fundamentals — including positioning, messaging, segmentation, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional writing skills. We seek someone who can not only brief others but also produce clear, commercially compelling content independently. While AI is a useful tool, we need someone who can confidently craft content when necessary.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials that are effectively utilized in actual sales scenarios.
• Background in developing or influencing technically credible content such as product release materials, white papers, thought leadership articles, or detailed website copy.
• Comfort in owning tone of voice, ensuring content quality, and managing approval processes.
• Ability to work within an account-based or outbound-focused go-to-market strategy, where marketing must support a specific set of target accounts rather than general lead generation.
• Capability to collaborate closely with Product and extract meaningful insights from roadmap discussions, customer feedback, and field intelligence.
• Strong commercial acumen — you recognize that effective messaging is not just about eloquent language but also about enhancing pipeline quality, deal progression, and win rates.
• Comfortable operating in a startup atmosphere where the team is small, the pace is fast, and independence is expected.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the confidence to constructively challenge across different functions.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
• Unlimited annual leave.
• Access to Spill, a mental health service provider.
• Health insurance coverage.
