This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify developer personas and use cases: Gain a deep understanding of our target developers and prioritize the essential use cases they should implement with Algolia.
β’ Foster developer activation: Ensure that each use case has a well-defined path to initial success through effective messaging, demonstrations, and content in collaboration with Docs, DevRel, and Growth teams.
β’ Manage developer messaging and positioning: Create clear, distinct messaging while ensuring consistency across DevHub, landing pages, campaigns, and documentation.
β’ Develop and convey use cases: Create straightforward demonstrations, examples, or guides to showcase core workflows, and effectively present these stories in webinars, events, or external forums.
β’ Enhance developer acquisition channels: Boost conversion rates across developer entry points by refining messaging and signup processes in partnership with Growth and Web teams.
β’ Link adoption to business impact and enhance the developer experience: Monitor activation, usage, and revenue indicators to scale successful use cases and minimize friction throughout the developer journey.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, technical marketing, growth, or product roles, ideally in SaaS or developer tools.
β’ Knowledge of how developers discover, assess, and adopt tools, along with an interest in APIs, infrastructure, or AI-driven applications.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the skill to distill complex technical ideas into clear, developer-friendly messaging.
β’ Capability to link messaging and content to outcomes such as activation, usage, and revenue, employing a structured problem-solving approach.
β’ Proficiency in managing projects independently and driving execution across teams while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
β’ Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, or developer-facing teams to deliver unified initiatives.
β’ Comfort in utilizing data and feedback to assess performance and refine messaging and content.
