This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct and uphold Aditude's messaging framework, encompassing overarching positioning, essential value propositions, competitive differentiators, and supporting evidence.

• Create buyer personas based on customer research, which includes identifying pain points, buying triggers, and success KPIs.

• Conduct win/loss analysis to anchor positioning in actual deal dynamics and highlight competitive strengths and opportunities.

• Develop a solution-selling framework and a Jobs-To-Be-Done use case library that aligns buyer personas with Aditude's product offerings.

• Generate and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including technical FAQs, objection handling guides, and competitive battle cards.

• Construct Aditude's product architecture map — a visual representation illustrating how products interrelate and align with buyer needs.

• Design and implement an internal enablement framework to introduce new messaging and provide training for the sales team.

• Establish and monitor product marketing KPIs — such as win rate impact, sales cycle velocity, content utilization, and message pull-through — to evaluate the success of enablement and positioning efforts.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convert technical capabilities into clear, buyer-friendly language.

• Work alongside the Director of Marketing to integrate product marketing into Aditude's broader content, events, and channel strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or ad tech.

• Proven track record of creating messaging frameworks, buyer personas, and sales enablement resources from the ground up, rather than merely refining existing materials.

• Demonstrated ability to develop actionable competitive intelligence — including battle cards, positioning guides, and objection handling that sales teams can readily utilize.

• Strong writing proficiency; capable of producing polished, concise copy that effectively converts across presentations, one-pagers, and web content.

• Comfortable working independently within a lean team and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.

• Preferred: Familiarity with programmatic advertising — while you don’t need to be an engineer, the ability to learn and communicate technical concepts clearly is essential.

• Experience in publisher-side or supply-side ad tech (SSP, header bidding, Prebid, ad server).

• Background in a company that employs SaaS positioning strategies.

• Experience establishing a product marketing function in an early-stage or scaling company.
