This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the lead GTM strategist and narrative driver for Sword’s Enterprise division.
• Collaborate with General Managers to transform product features into attractive packages for employers.
• Design product tiers, bundles, and enterprise-grade solutions tailored to employer purchasing behaviors.
• Identify enterprise buying committees and develop sales strategies, champion-building resources, persona-specific pitch tracks, and objection handling tools.
• Create positioning and value propositions that clearly communicate ROI, clinical effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Experiment with and enhance messaging across digital platforms, sales presentations, and pilot initiatives.
• Manage executive pitch presentations, ROI calculations, case studies, and buyer playbooks.
• Ideate, initiate, and oversee comprehensive enterprise marketing campaigns.
• Equip the Enterprise Commercial team with value propositions, sales strategies, and presentation materials.
• Work alongside Demand Generation, Brand, Events, General Managers, Product Managers, and Commercial leaders for GTM implementation.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness based on pipeline influence, deal speed, and success rates.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing.
• Proven success in launching new products, creating engaging narratives, and executing enterprise GTM strategies.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing within intricate B2B settings.
• Ideally, familiarity with enterprise health benefits, digital health solutions, HR technology, or complex SaaS aimed at HR/Benefits executives.
• Outstanding ability to clarify complex technologies into straightforward, impactful enterprise value propositions.
• Experience guiding enterprise campaigns from initial concept to market release.
• Capable of assessing success through pipeline influence, deal speed, and win ratios.
• High emotional intelligence and clear communication skills when collaborating with General Managers, Product Managers, and Commercial leaders.
• Ability to merge broad enterprise positioning with hands-on content creation and messaging experimentation.
• Proficient use of contemporary AI tools for audience research, messaging variations, deal insights, and content creation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI at least at the Explorer (Level 1) stage: utilizes AI daily to enhance personal productivity.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship for immigration or work visas is not available.
