This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the go-to-market strategy for the Veeam Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP) route to market.
• Propel VCSP growth and retention through strategic portfolio positioning, effective partner value messaging, and execution in the field.
• Develop and uphold VCSP-specific positioning that translates product capabilities into value for partners and end-customers.
• Collaborate with partner marketing to design integrated VCSP solution plays and marketing campaigns.
• Act as the primary coordinator among Product Management, Partner Marketing, Partner Business Management, and VCSP Sales.
• Provide VCSP-ready enablement to enhance partner acquisition, activation, and growth.
• Work alongside Partner Marketing to gather insights from VCSPs/MSPs, establish success metrics, and refine strategies as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous).
• Over 10 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, product management, or go-to-market roles within B2B software and/or cloud services.
• Knowledge of the VCSP/MSP ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling portfolio-level messaging for multi-product solutions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in diagnosing business challenges and driving execution across functions.
• Experience in collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Partner/Channel organizations, and Marketing teams within a global, matrixed environment.
• Understanding of data resilience, backup and recovery, ransomware recovery, and cloud storage/immutability.
