This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide top-notch, actionable insights to an executive audience through various formats.
• Develop content that is based on evidence and is both clear and actionable.
• Design and present webinars and other client-oriented events hosted by Gartner.
• Establish credibility as an industry authority to showcase Gartner's research, methodologies, and strategies.
• Engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions while collaborating effectively with colleagues in our research community.
• Serve as a mentor and coach by assisting junior team members.
• Practical experience in data operations within a B2B environment, preferably in technology firms.
• Expertise in architecting and deploying context layers and AI agents at scale.
• Extensive knowledge of permissions management, data security, and compliance with regulations.
• Proven history of building and scaling data operations that facilitate advanced AI applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing data.
• Comprehensive understanding of data management, integration architectures, API standards, and data pipeline development.
• Capability to convert complex technical requirements into actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical skills to align data operations with overarching marketing strategies and revenue objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and presentation abilities; adept at engaging clients.
