This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Market insights: consolidate and disseminate actionable insights derived from customers, prospects, competitors, and the wider market to impact positioning, messaging, sales strategy, and product roadmap.
• Drive go-to-market (GTM) positioning: encompass thought leadership, market analysis, competitive landscape, value proposition, distinctive messaging, high-value offers, pricing, and packaging.
• Messaging: spearhead the creation of customer-focused messaging and competitive positioning that clearly articulates customer value, business outcomes, and our unique advantages.
• Compelling content: produce/orchestrate audience-centric content throughout the entire buyer journey, including videos, ebooks, assessment tools, brochures, blogs, white papers, presentations, demos, etc., catering to customer-facing and sales enablement needs.
• Win rate improvement: boost sales productivity, efficiency, and win rates through a comprehensive program of onboarding and continuous training courses, enablement tools, and certification programs for sales, customer success, and partners.
• Thought leadership: serve as a spokesperson for the product, supporting speaking engagements at events, webinars, analyst briefings, and more.
• Analysts: shape and influence positioning for analyst relations regarding the product to ensure coverage and a prominent position in analyst reports.
• Product launches: manage launch planning for new offerings, requiring a thorough understanding of the product roadmap, features, differentiators, and customer value to convey clear and concise use cases.
• Champion of consistency: promote uniformity and clarity in our messaging and positioning across all internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership & collaboration: cultivate and mentor a high-performing team that collaborates closely with sales, product management, demand generation, corporate marketing, customer success, and external partners.
• 12+ years of product marketing leadership experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or disruptive technology sectors (e.g., AI/ML).
• Strong, proven background in content creation, product positioning, analyst relations, competitive analysis, branding, and sales enablement, ideally within the security industry.
• A proven history of leading, developing, and mentoring a global product marketing team.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and communications suitable for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across different functional areas.
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with a knack for building strong working relationships across levels, departments, and geographically dispersed office locations.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices, site visits, industry conferences, and events.
