This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the positioning, narrative, and category strategy for a sector undergoing real-time transformation due to AI.
• Develop dynamic, AI-driven enablement systems (like shared sales workspaces with retrieval and automated win/loss synthesis) instead of static, one-off materials.
• Determine the balance between human involvement and automation. Design the prompts, retrieval, and automation that allow the team to function at a level that a conventional PMM organization cannot achieve.
• Conduct continuous voice of customer initiatives. Directly utilize raw inputs (sales calls, customer interviews, product demonstrations, win/loss discussions) to transform unstructured data into positioning and enablement. The result is an evolving understanding of our successes, failures, and market shifts.
• Manage competitive intelligence as a perpetual monitoring system that refreshes downstream materials as competitor information evolves.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product on pricing and packaging strategies for up-market and executive buyer initiatives. Evaluate changes against deal size and win rates.
• Develop sales enablement alongside representatives during their selling processes. Assess effectiveness based on usage and revenue impact, discontinuing what proves ineffective.
• Work closely with the CEO to capture and systematize his product and market insights into practical internal frameworks and external positioning.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product on launches: position capabilities prior to release, then loop back from market reception to product focus.
• Execute experiments with defined hypotheses, success metrics, and kill criteria. Report results, including those that were unsuccessful.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 2 years at a senior individual contributor or director level. Experience is valued more than tenure; we prioritize tangible evidence of an AI-native function you have managed.
• Established and managed an AI-native marketing or product marketing function where agents perform substantial tasks, not merely assist humans. You can articulate what you built, what it replaced, and the challenges encountered.
• Collaborated closely with a technically proficient founder or product leader, keeping pace with their development cycle. You know how to distill their insights into market-facing materials without losing core substance.
• Communicate fluently at the API, architecture, and integration levels. Capable of shifting from practitioner to CIO without compromising clarity in either domain.
• Set pricing and packaging in fragmented or undefined B2B markets, including changes that can be linked to variations in deal size or win rates.
• Conduct voice of customer and competitive intelligence as ongoing, systematic functions, rather than episodic projects.
• Navigate effectively within multi-stakeholder executive alignment (CMO, CEO, Head of Product). You understand when to compel a decision and when to present multiple options.
• Comfortable dealing with unrefined primary data, without relying on others for initial synthesis.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for company events and customer interactions.
• Consistently available across multiple U.S. time zones.
• Medical - 100% of employee premiums for selected individual plans.
• Dental - 100% of employee premiums covered.
• Vision - 100% of employee premiums covered.
• LinkedIn Learning access.
• 401(k) with matching (U.S. based only).
• Unlimited PTO.
• Calm subscription.
• Annual Company Retreat.
