This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Establish and convey a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's objectives.
• Define and oversee a comprehensive strategic roadmap for our initiative, incorporating key milestones, features, and product enhancements.
• Take ownership of and drive essential product growth areas such as onboarding, user activation, engagement, and retention within the mobile application.
• Prioritize features and product improvements based on user behavior, data insights, and business impact, with a strong emphasis on enhancing user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitor analysis, and user feedback through data-driven research to optimize and enhance product performance.
• Provide continuous updates to the Head of Product regarding the current status of the product development cycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other teams to convert insights into actionable development tasks.
• Work closely with EPI member banks as key stakeholders, balancing product vision with external constraints and alignment requirements.
• Make informed trade-offs between technical limitations and product features, ensuring alignment between engineering and the product vision.
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Represent EPI and its interests to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or payment sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and launching consumer mobile applications (iOS/Android) and managing app presence and performance across multiple app stores.
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and managing iterative development cycles to assist Product Managers with their planning and execution.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively relay information to executives and banks.
• Proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or C2) is essential; knowledge of French, German, Dutch, or any additional European languages is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote and multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with the payment industry, including regulatory requirements and security standards, is a plus.
