Product Manager – Website & Commerce Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance for TaxAct, Drake, and 1040.com websites.

• Identify and prioritize initiatives aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

• Set website KPIs and evaluate success against business objectives.

• Promote continuous enhancements to website navigation, content experiences, site performance, accessibility, and user journeys.

• Discover market opportunities through customer research, analytics, industry trends, and competitive analysis.

• Lead initiatives in A/B testing, personalization, landing page optimization, and funnel enhancement.

• Manage the CMS platform strategy, capabilities, governance, and content publishing workflow.

• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Content, and Engineering teams to refine content workflows and operational efficiency.

• Outline requirements and set priorities for CMS enhancements and integrations.

• Ensure that content experiences align with business goals while upholding brand consistency and compliance standards.

• Oversee the complete ecommerce funnel and conversion strategy across digital properties.

• Utilize analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to pinpoint conversion opportunities and customer friction points.

• Define product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Guide cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimization phases.

• Make informed trade-off decisions considering customer needs, business objectives, technical limitations, and delivery timelines.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and ensure the successful execution of roadmap commitments.

• Use quantitative and qualitative research to inform product decisions.

• Monitor website, funnel, customer behavior, and business performance metrics.

• Develop business cases and recommendations supported by data and customer insights.

• Provide product performance updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Cultivate strong partnerships across Engineering, UX, Marketing, SEO, Analytics, Content, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.

• Align stakeholders around the product vision, priorities, and expected outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management for digital products, ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology.

• Proven track record in managing website experiences, digital products, or ecommerce platforms.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms, such as Contentful, is a plus.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.

• Ability to develop product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and business value.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a background in leveraging data for product decision-making.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
