Product Manager – Wealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Aveni Assist roadmap from start to finish

• Balance investments among new features, product quality, and platform enhancements

• Lead ongoing discovery efforts with advisers, paraplanners, compliance teams, and potential clients

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows and convert insights into product strategies

• Quickly validate concepts through prototypes, customer research, and experimentation

• Manage beta programs for new features

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans

• Foster strong relationships across Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial, and Marketing teams

• Utilize customer feedback, usage analytics, and product metrics to inform prioritization, assess success, and enhance the product

• Stay updated on industry trends, adviser technology, and FCA regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS context

• Background in scaling an established product by enhancing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention

• Demonstrated ability to lead customer discovery and translate insights into product decisions

• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Exceptional product judgement coupled with strong communication abilities

• Ability to confidently make difficult prioritization choices, balancing customer needs with business objectives

• Analytically rigorous, comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis

• Skilled in building trusted relationships across both technical and commercial teams

• Proactive, self-motivated, and dedicated to enhancing products through continuous iteration and customer feedback
