Product Manager – Water Management Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the pricing structure and packaging for the WMP offering, and define its evolution as capabilities transition from manual facilitation to platform orchestration.

• Create and maintain both client-facing and internal resources, including program templates, documentation, sales enablement tools, and training materials.

• Keep a close watch on the regulatory and competitive environment, making necessary adjustments to the offering.

• Influence the WMP-related aspects of the phiAnalytics roadmap, translating regulatory requirements and service workflows into precise product specifications.

• Plan and coordinate the rollout of new features and initiatives that require formal launches, defining readiness, sequencing, and go-live strategies — while collaborating with Marketing Communications, Training, and Account Management for execution.

• Act as the subject-matter liaison between the service delivery and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in product management or equivalent experience in defining and delivering software-enabled services.

• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: water management / Legionella risk management, healthcare compliance, environment of care / facilities compliance, or healthcare technology.

• Direct experience with the Water Management Program (ASHRAE 188/514) is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to articulate clear requirements and collaborate directly with software development teams.

• Familiarity with product and project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Aha!, or similar).

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, along with a willingness to present to external audiences as needed.
