This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establishing and overseeing the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's strategic objectives, while identifying new avenues for growth and innovation.
• Promoting user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to gain insights into customer pain points and behaviors.
• Advocating for inclusive design methodologies and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and technical feasibility.
• Developing and managing a product roadmap that aligns with the overarching product vision and strategy.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the successful launch and market acceptance of new products and features.
• Continuously assessing the product’s performance and collecting feedback from customers and stakeholders, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions and prioritize product enhancements and features.
• Leading product release initiatives and establishing expectations for the delivery of new functionalities and enhancements.
• Acting as a product ambassador both internally and externally, disseminating knowledge and addressing inquiries.
• Anticipating shifts in the industry and emerging technologies to formulate a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a market leader.
• Making strategic decisions regarding resource allocation and prioritization of product features to maximize business impact.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience with UX/UI design, including proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Balsamiq.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Extensive experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer interactions with our software.
• Experience in crafting business and technical requirements.
• Ability to influence, facilitate, and collaborate across various disciplines and diverse groups.
• Proven capability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
