Senior UX-UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop workflows and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Miro or Figma;

• Proactively suggest visual innovations to ensure highly satisfying user experiences;

• Conduct concept testing, A/B testing, usability testing, and user research;

• Map user experiences, document interactions, and explore new trends in digital products;

• Lead complex research initiatives, create hypotheses to address systemic usability bottlenecks, and report direct feedback to business and development teams;

⛳️ Requirements

• Academic background: Bachelor's degree (completed or in advanced progress) in IT, Graphic Design, Product Design, or related fields;

• Solid professional experience as a UX/UI Designer;

• Extensive experience in leading user-centered design projects, information architecture, and creating complex interfaces;

• Experience in strategically driving data-focused hypotheses and user journeys;

• Familiarity with Design Thinking and Double Diamond methodologies;

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);

• Experience with design systems for Web and Mobile;

• Knowledge of advanced prototyping and micro-interactions;

• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects aimed at digital products;

• Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and references;
