Lead Product Designer – Platform, Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the platform's visual language and design system — encompassing components, patterns, tokens, layout, typography, and motion.

• Consider accessibility as a fundamental design constraint.

• Create a common foundation that can be utilized across all surfaces.

• Oversee the complete design process for new product areas and intricate redesigns.

• Develop AI-enhanced experiences, multi-step workflows, and data-rich admin interfaces.

• Conduct research directly with users and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong product design expertise in complex, multi-persona B2B/B2G or enterprise SaaS environments.

• Proven ownership of a design system at a significant scale.

• Proficiency in accessible design with a history of achieving compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA / Section 508 (or equivalent) in production.

• Experience in designing for AI-enhanced or recommendation-driven user experiences.

• Capability to independently conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions.

• Ability to prioritize design depth effectively across a broad range of surfaces.
