Product Manager – User Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• As the Product Manager for the User Platform, you will be responsible for the strategy, vision, and execution of the Mobile App, Web App, and authentication experience.

• Your primary objective is to guide the architecture and information infrastructure, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience.

• Lead the release governance to enable product teams to launch consistent and high-quality experiences.

• Orchestrate Release Management by coordinating the deployment schedule for the Apps (iOS/Android) and Web.

• Manage the app stores (App Store & Play Store) and define progressive deployment strategies and communication plans.

• Drive the evolution of the Super App and WebApp, defining the design for the “end-state.”

• Ensure Product Health by monitoring vital experience metrics.

• Govern the Design System and maintain UI consistency.

• Define the Authentication Experience (Auth UX) by designing the Login, Sign-in, and Sign-up flows.

• Empower Product Teams with consultative UI support and maintain documentation as the source of truth.

• Be accountable for the discovery and delivery of the product.

• Define metrics to measure product success and the impact of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally managing cross-platform initiatives, Design Systems, or high-traffic mobile applications.

• A minimum of 4 years in leadership or team management roles within agile and collaborative environments focused on experimentation.

• Knowledge in app store management (App Store Connect and Google Play Console) and orchestration of mobile and web releases.

• Deep understanding of user interface (UI) components, user experience (UX), and accessibility standards.

• Preferably experience or exposure to leading multi-platform technology strategies (KMM, Flutter, React Native, etc.) and/or mobile architecture.

• Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum.

• Possess an affinity or experience in Data, Engineering, and Information Security.

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.

• Curiosity and personal experience exploring the use of AI tools for creating new products.
