Product Manager, Umo Pass/cFlex

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Umo Pass and cFlex products.

• Collaborate closely with product development teams, business owners, and stakeholders.

• Define and prioritize tasks for the platform.

• Oversee execution and deliver innovative solutions for transit agencies.

• Maximize the value delivered in the shortest time possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 years in product management or a related field.

• Proven track record of leading product launches and achieving measurable business outcomes.

• Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with SaaS business models and large-scale platform products.

• Expertise in behavioral analytics, feature flag management, and customer engagement platforms.

• Diverse experience in product management, project management, vendor management, legal, user experience, and/or customer support.

• Certifications in SAFe, Scrum, or other related Agile practices.
