This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 4–6 years of experience in superannuation product management or a closely related role within superannuation.

• Strong understanding of superannuation group insurance, including policy frameworks, insurer relations, pricing, and insurance-related product documentation.

• Proven experience in managing or contributing to product disclosure documents such as PDSs, TMDs, and insurance guides.

• Demonstrated capability to manage or assist in product change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and delivery coordination.

• Shares Future Group’s mission and is passionate about redirecting Australia’s investment from fossil fuels to renewable energy.

• Believes in harnessing the power of finance to foster a sustainable and equitable future.

• **Some desirable qualifications, though not mandatory, include:**

• RG146 compliance accreditation.

• Experience in superannuation fund operations or administration.

• Experience assisting with fund mergers, successor fund transfers, or other transition projects.

• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management software.

• No formal degree required — we prioritize industry experience and skills over academic qualifications.
