This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take the lead in developing product strategies for key integration initiatives within Employer Services.
• Identify valuable opportunities to enhance connectivity, service delivery, and growth through partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships and Alliances team to prioritize strategic integration initiatives, including embedded experiences and co-developed solutions.
• Advise on whether Employer Services should build, partner, integrate, or co-create based on customer value, business rationale, and feasibility of execution.
• Enhance connectivity across key Employer Services products and optimize the reuse of capabilities where feasible.
• Design scalable data connections across HCM, payroll, and other relevant source systems.
• Evaluate and create new integration and solution concepts arising from partnership opportunities.
• Lead the discovery and execution phases for priority integration initiatives.
• Establish success metrics and effectively communicate product rationale, trade-offs, progress, and value to partners and leadership.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or related fields focused on creating and scaling software, platforms, integrations, or data products.
• Proven experience in managing complex product projects.
• Strong skills in opportunity discovery, customer and market validation, product strategy, outcome-driven roadmaps, prioritization, requirements gathering, launch, and performance measurement.
• Practical experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and AI-enhanced product methodologies.
• Capability to identify AI opportunities and evaluate data, technology, risks, and make build-versus-partner decisions.
• Background in shaping ecosystem or partnership-driven product opportunities, which may include integrations, embedded solutions, white-label models, channel partnerships, or co-development projects.
• Experience in assessing strategic options, creating product and business cases, and transitioning complex projects from concept to measurable market results.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, cloud-based architectures, data ingestion and exchange patterns, and scalable data services.
• Familiarity with HR Tech, employer services, HCM, payroll, compliance, or related enterprise software ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
