This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Spearhead and influence strategic product initiatives.
• Lead the exploration of high-impact wallet projects, transforming vague concepts into well-defined problem statements, user journeys, and success criteria.
• Structure alternatives, weigh trade-offs, and provide recommendations to facilitate alignment and informed decision-making.
• Convert complex inputs into straightforward product directions and actionable plans.
• Define solutions while ensuring their feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to outline feasible and scalable solutions.
• Map out dependencies across platforms, schemes, banks, and rollout limitations.
• Identify risks proactively and implement practical mitigation strategies.
• Foster alignment within the ecosystem and among leadership.
• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, and member banks to guide product evolution.
• Develop clear business cases and narratives that are ready for leadership decisions.
• Transform partner and market insights into structured product perspectives and priorities.
• Over 8 years of experience in contributing to or leading product strategy, from framing problems to defining solutions and prioritizing initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding (APIs, systems, integrations) without the need for hands-on coding.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: Effectively align across product, engineering, design, leadership, and external partners while gaining buy-in amidst competing priorities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and structuring abilities (including trade-offs, risks, and dependencies).
• Outstanding written communication skills (producing clear, structured, and decision-ready outputs).
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience in payments, wallets, fintech, or regulated sectors (preferred): Provide relevant domain knowledge that reduces ramp-up time.
• Fluency in English (CEFR C1 or C2) is required; knowledge of French, German, Dutch, or any additional European languages is an advantage.
• Ability to excel in a fully remote and multicultural setting.

• Quarterly in-person meetings to promote collaboration and connection.
