📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, user workflows, business goals, and product opportunities.

• Convert vague challenges into precise product guidance, requirements, and success metrics.

• Take ownership of roadmap and backlog prioritization for a specific product area or significant initiative.

• Make informed trade-offs considering customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, implementation complexity, and strategic alignment.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, customer-facing teams, and company leadership to deliver top-notch software.

• Oversee product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, adoption, and iterative improvement.

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritization and assess product performance.

• Clearly communicate product direction, decisions, and progress to all stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of product management experience, or similar experience managing intricate software, workflow, analytics, or technology initiatives.

• Proven experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing trade-offs, and delivering software in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Capability to navigate through ambiguity and provide structure to changing business or customer needs.

• Customer-centric mindset with a history of converting user requirements into practical and scalable product solutions.

• Technical proficiency and the ability to work closely with engineering, design, data, and implementation teams.

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives from conception through execution and adoption.
