This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define and implement the growth strategy for the Pagaleve app, focusing on user retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Identify growth opportunities through behavioral analysis, segmentation, and user surveys.
• Lead initiatives to enhance frequency of use, product adoption, and revenue generated from the existing user base.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, CRM, and Marketing teams to create relevant and personalized experiences.
• Structure and conduct experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and maximize impact on key business metrics.
• Develop analytical frameworks to understand user behavior throughout their entire journey.
• Define success metrics, monitor results, and ensure continuous learning from data.
• Transform analytical insights into high-impact product initiatives.
• Balance long-term strategic vision with the ability to execute day-to-day operations.
• Serve as a reference for data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a significant portion of that experience in B2C digital applications.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives related to user retention, engagement, monetization, or growth.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced experience with product metrics, funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and behavioral analysis.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale experimentation and A/B testing.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable steps.
• Excellent understanding of growth metrics such as retention, DAU/MAU, frequency, LTV, churn, activation, and conversion.
• Experience collaborating with Data, Analytics, or Data Science teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on profile, capable of navigating from detailed analysis to strategic discussions with leadership.
• Experience in fintech, payment methods, credit, or digital financial products (preferred).
• Experience with recurring products, customer loyalty, benefits, gamification, or personalization (preferred).
