Product Manager, Sales Region North/East or South/West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You cultivate and nurture sustainable relationships with our regional product partners.

• You assess and uncover growth opportunities within existing partnerships and effectively implement them.

• You facilitate connections between sales and partners, promoting close and successful collaboration.

• You design and facilitate events (both online and in-person) to enhance exchange and knowledge transfer.

• You assist the sales team with product-related expertise, preparing content in an accessible manner and ensuring high-quality information.

• You track market trends and competitors, deriving actionable insights for your region.

• Experience in partner management, key account management, or product roles—preferably in banking or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage financing.

• Ability to reconcile differing interests and collaboratively develop viable solutions.

• A keen sense for market opportunities and sales potential.

• Proficiency in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively—both internally and externally.

• A structured, self-directed approach to work and a strong desire to shape and enhance solutions.

• Passion for collaboration, networking, and proactive communication.

• Willingness to travel within your region.
