Product Manager, SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle for designated features of the SRM platform

• Lead the redesign of essential SaaS workflows

• Interact directly with customers to grasp their needs

• Establish and monitor outcome-based success metrics

• Perform competitive research and conduct market analysis

• Work in collaboration with UX Design and Research to create intuitive user experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management

• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and convert insights into clearly defined requirements

• Experience in establishing and monitoring outcome-based success metrics

• Ability to navigate environments with multiple stakeholders

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
