This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the product roadmap for managing both first-party and third-party risks, making prioritization choices based on customer insights, market dynamics, and business impact.
• Define and lead the delivery of features throughout the entire risk lifecycle: including risk identification, assessment, scoring, monitoring, remediation, and vendor collaboration workflows.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to convert intricate GRC domain requirements into precise, well-defined product specifications and user stories.
• Engage in continual customer discovery through interviews, feedback sessions, and usage data analysis to gain a thorough understanding of the challenges our customers encounter in managing organizational and third-party risks.
• Track product metrics, customer feedback, and usage trends to pinpoint areas needing enhancement and to validate new concepts; create quick prototypes or wireframes to test hypotheses at an early stage.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure that new features are effectively positioned and embraced in the market.
• Act as a subject matter expert in risk management for Hyperproof at industry events, customer meetings, and partner discussions.
• Consistently advocate for the needs of our users — compliance professionals, risk managers, and vendor risk teams — ensuring their priorities guide every product decision.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, demonstrating success in owning and delivering features for enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Exceptional communication skills — able to create alignment and clarity among technical and non-technical audiences, including engineering, design, executives, and customers.
• Proven ability to collect and synthesize customer feedback, market research, and business requirements to shape product strategy and prioritization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in crafting clear, well-organized product specifications and user stories that engineering teams can confidently execute.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile setting.
