Product Manager – Reverse Logistics, Mobile Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Execute the product vision and roadmap for Reverse Logistics.

• Lead a cross-functional, agile delivery team to create scalable and dependable platforms that facilitate end-to-end reverse logistics and returns operations.

• Act as the functional domain expert in reverse logistics, linking technical implementation with business context and operational objectives.

• Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to engage, influence, and foster strong working relationships.

• Contribute to the wider modernization journey of reverse logistics, unlocking value from new platforms and capabilities while supporting innovative initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a product manager, delivering software products in intricate operational domains such as retail operations, logistics, supply chain, or post-purchase experiences.

• Practical knowledge of reverse logistics concepts (returns, repairs, return-to-vendor, write-offs/disposition, shipping) and their interconnections across systems and operations.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional agile teams and delivering iterative value through well-defined roadmaps, backlogs, and clear outcome metrics.

• Strong capability to collaborate with technology, business, and operations teams, translate requirements into product specifications, and make effective trade-offs across scope, timeline, and value.
