This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead the execution of product initiatives focused on claims reconciliation, adjudication workflows, and payment processing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, finance, and operations teams to provide scalable solutions that enhance transaction accuracy, exception handling, and financial reporting.
• Convert intricate claims and payment lifecycle requirements into straightforward product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in the development of systems responsible for: Claims ingestion and validation, adjudication logic and rule processing, reconciliation across pharmacy, PBM, and GoodRx systems, as well as payment calculation, disbursement, and tracking.
• Evaluate system performance and financial data to detect discrepancies, identify root causes, and discover optimization possibilities.
• Work with stakeholders to guarantee alignment on financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the planning and prioritization of the product roadmap within your area of expertise.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of pharmacy workflows, claims standards (e.g., NCPDP), and payment systems.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in healthcare, health technology, or pharmacy-related sectors.
• Familiarity with pharmacy claims processing, payment systems, or financial reconciliation workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate complex system interactions.
• Capability to convert business and financial needs into effective product solutions.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with engineering, data, and business teams.
