Product Manager, Respiratory & TB Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assists in the strategy and requirements definition for the Respiratory and TB Solutions product portfolio.

• Aids in establishing clear guidance on intended use claims, workflows, customer value propositions, and performance metrics.

• Supports the development, launch, and lifecycle management of the Respiratory and TB Solutions assay portfolio.

• Monitors portfolio performance, utilization, and market feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and actions that enhance growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Contributes to financial and pricing analysis for the Respiratory and TB Solutions portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in IVD, medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences.

• A bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is mandatory.

• An advanced degree and/or MBA is preferred.

• Experience in the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of diagnostic or medical device products; familiarity with molecular diagnostics, respiratory disease, or tuberculosis is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence decisions within a matrixed organization.

• Proven capability to build consensus, manage complexity, and achieve results in a dynamic global business environment.
