This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of significant aspects of our reporting product surface area and manage reporting workflows from start to finish.
• Assist teams in converting intricate fund data into high-quality outputs (quarterly/annual reports, capital account statements, disclosures).
• Drive product decisions that strike a balance between accuracy, compliance, and user-friendliness.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations to create a dependable system for customers.
• Lead the roadmap and execution for reporting workflows and customer-facing reporting experiences.
• Convert domain requirements into precise product specifications (inputs → transformations → outputs) with a robust approach to edge-case handling.
• Work with engineering to establish the appropriate primitives for scalable report generation (templates, data contracts, versioning).
• Team up with design to ensure that complex reporting setup and review processes are intuitive and efficient.
• Engage with operations and customer-facing teams to pinpoint friction points, verify accuracy, and enhance report delivery times.
• Define and monitor success metrics related to adoption, report quality, operational efficiency, and reliability.
• Uphold a high standard for data integrity, traceability, and customer trust.
• 4–6+ years of product management experience in building B2B Fintech products (preferably those that are data-heavy or workflow-intensive).
• Strong product execution capabilities: including shipping, iteration loops, prioritization, and aligning stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fields that demand high accuracy (fintech, accounting, reporting, compliance, data platforms, or similar).
• Ability to distill complex requirements into straightforward product interfaces and clear product logic.
• Analytical mindset: capable of defining metrics, exploring root causes, and making data-driven trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills: able to write clear specifications and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering on systems that necessitate reliability, monitoring, and rigorous edge-case management.
• Nice to have: familiarity with fund reporting concepts and performance metrics (NAV, IRR, TVPI, DPI) or exposure to investor reporting processes.
