Product Manager – Renewable Energy Platform, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Customer Exploration: Engage in comprehensive interviews with clients (corporate purchasers, traders) within the solar and wind industries to identify their challenges.

• AI-Driven Prototyping: Utilize Claude Code (or similar AI tools) to create functional, high-fidelity prototypes directly in code — you bring the functional reality to life.

• Feedback & Improvement: Share your code prototypes through screen sharing and promptly implement customer feedback using AI to facilitate the next iteration immediately.

• Efficient Handoff: You provide not just vague tickets but functional code that our engineering team can adopt directly around 90% of the time.

• Visionary Leadership: You take ownership of your features as a "mini-CEO" from the initial concept through technical validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Creator Mindset: You have prior experience as a PM or PO and have a passion for building tangible solutions.

• Prompt Engineering & Frontend Knowledge: You are proficient in prompt engineering and possess a solid understanding of the foundational elements of web frontends (HTML/CSS/JS).

• Analytical Excellence: You have a rapid comprehension ability and a keen intellect.

• Industry Expertise: Ideally, you possess experience in the energy sector (solar/wind, PPA, trading).

• If not: You have demonstrated the ability to learn new industries quickly in other complex fields (e.g., FinTech, MedTech, or logistics).

• Language Proficiency: Native-level German (essential for communication with German clients) and fluent English are required.
