Product Manager, Provider Networks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network partnerships, encompassing rules of engagement, guidelines, and competitive advantages.

• Offer insights and support to internal teams to enhance our sales and renewal processes.

• Develop, update, and manage product documentation pertaining to our network partnerships.

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure networks operate effectively, collaborating cross-functionally to suggest and/or implement process improvements.

• Deliver training and support to sales, account management, and other internal teams.

• Establish and nurture relationships with network partners, including the management of escalated issues.

• Work alongside marketing on strategy, product positioning, and the development of product collateral.

• Foster collaboration and relationships with internal teams such as operations, sales, account management, marketing, and others.

• Address escalated issues requiring product expertise in conjunction with teams like claims, operations, finance, and others.

• Assist in evaluating new opportunities and partnerships as necessary.

• Support the product management team with initiatives and special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in product management or a similar role.

• Previous experience with provider networks or within the health insurance sector is essential.

• Strong skills in relationship management and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
