Product Manager, Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our clients to identify, frame, and articulate their needs;

• Evaluate the business value of an engagement and challenge the client's assumptions to facilitate informed decision-making;

• Serve as a trustworthy point of contact for executives (C-level);

• Establish the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and oversee its delivery within specified time and budget limits;

• Outline and communicate the product roadmap;

• Ensure that the development team has a unified vision of the product;

• Create user stories and validate them with stakeholders;

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile fashion;

• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint review, demo, retrospective, etc.);

• Work in tandem with product design teams to validate hypotheses and enhance the product vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• A vibrant, passionate individual with excellent collaboration and listening skills, capable of translating needs into tangible solutions and confidently challenging client assumptions.

• You possess a minimum of five years of experience as a Product Manager (Product Owner) in an Agile setting (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean), preferably acquired in a studio, agency, or consultancy, where you successfully delivered products from inception for external clients.

• Possession of a PSPO, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
