Product Manager, Population Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Evaluate key performance indicators (such as uptake, clinical outcomes, mailing expenses, mail return rates, ROI, etc.) for designated clinical products and communicate areas needing enhancement.

• Analyze product capacity for accommodating new clients.

• Engage in the development of clinical products and implement the product roadmap within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of clinical products in the PBM sector to collaborate effectively in expanding product offerings, refining current product positioning, and crafting key messages for both existing and prospective clients.

• Support the assessment of product performance, positioning, and utility for our clients and their members.

• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials related to population health.

• Conduct opportunity analyses for potential clients in collaboration with the Clinical Account Executives.

• Formulate and continuously enhance strategies, objectives, and policies for the assigned products and programs, while establishing and monitoring high-performance standards and productivity measures.

• Ensure that appropriate testing has been performed by staff for any system or application enhancements or repairs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement.

• At least 2 years of experience in product management or development, or project management within a related industry, including health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Participate in, adhere to, and support the objectives of the compliance program.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
