Product Manager – Point of Sale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete product strategy and execution for our mortgage Point of Sale platform.

• Oversee the borrower journey from application through verification and closing.

• Enhance and optimize workflows for loan officers, processors, and mortgage operations teams.

• Facilitate real estate agent experiences that foster referrals and strengthen lender partnerships.

• Manage API integrations with external mortgage service providers and partners.

• Draft clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver and refine product features.

• Ensure that product experiences adhere to mortgage regulations and operational standards.

• Control backlog prioritization, sequencing, and decisions regarding feature delivery.

• Balance the speed of execution with reliability and quality across essential product workflows.

• Utilize data, customer feedback, and market insights to guide product direction and prioritization.
