This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with the AVP of Product to establish a platform roadmap that effectively balances essential improvements with innovative features and competitive advantages.
• Assess the competitive landscape of AI data platforms to uncover opportunities for differentiation and market success.
• Convert business goals and user feedback into engaging product narratives and strategic initiatives.
• Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks (such as impact/effort, RICE, etc.) to inform roadmap choices.
• Work alongside engineering, design, data science, recruitment, delivery, operations, and client teams to launch high-quality features within tight deadlines.
• Persuade stakeholders across recruitment, delivery, sales, and customer success to agree on product priorities and enhance platform adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market teams to effectively position product capabilities and stimulate user acquisition and engagement.
• Establish trust with remote engineering teams (including global development centers) through effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Set KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives, utilizing analytics tools to gauge impact.
• Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate assumptions and refine user experiences.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to offer insights into product performance, user behavior, and business results.
• Leverage strong product intuition and UX sensibility to assess designs, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with designers (or independently as needed) to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that convey the product vision.
• Champion user needs and guarantee that design choices are based on research, data, and usability best practices.
• Over 3 years of product management experience in consumer-facing or B2B platforms.
• Demonstrated success in scaling products to millions of users (required - must provide specific examples).
• More than 3 years of experience in high-growth tech companies or rapidly scaling startups.
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms, two-sided networks, or workforce management systems (preferred).
• Product-led growth: In-depth understanding of activation funnels, onboarding optimization, retention strategies, and viral mechanics.
• User experience design: Strong product intuition, capability to assess and influence design decisions, and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch).
• Experimentation & analytics: Practical experience in designing A/B tests, analyzing user data (SQL required), and creating dashboards.
• Competitive intelligence: Skill in analyzing competitor products, identifying market trends, and converting insights into product strategy.
• Stakeholder management: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on technical product decisions.
• Understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data flows (ability to read API documentation and comprehend integration points).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and LLM-based products (preferable).
• Action-oriented: Capable of quickly launching MVPs, iterating based on feedback, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• User-centric: Passionate about understanding user needs, challenges, and behaviors.
• Data-informed: Utilizes data to validate hypotheses while also considering qualitative insights and product intuition.
