This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for one or more Platform offerings or cross-functional capabilities.
• Establish strong feedback loops with program teams and engineers to identify real-world constraints.
• Convert challenges into clear requirements, success metrics, and prioritized backlogs; explicitly make trade-offs between speed, reusability, reliability, and customization.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to iteratively deliver APIs, tools, workflows, and user experiences that are adopted and maintained by teams.
• Lead the onboarding process, documentation, enablement, and rollout strategies; assess adoption and assist teams throughout integration.
• Set high standards for production readiness, focusing on reliability, observability, supportability, and backward compatibility.
• Manage dependencies across Platform and program teams; minimize redundancy and align on shared building blocks where necessary.
• Define and monitor product metrics, utilizing them to inform priorities and investment choices.
• Keep stakeholders informed through clear narratives, status updates, decisions, and risk evaluations, particularly when priorities clash or timelines change.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Manager.
• Profound knowledge of robotics, autonomous systems, and machine learning technologies.
• Familiarity with perception, environmental understanding, machine learning, path planning, and actuation domains.
• Proven track record as a product leader in the design, development, or management of embedded technologies and software solutions for edge devices or autonomous systems.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
