
Product Manager – Pharmacy Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Analyze market and industry research to proactively recommend product strategies.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, including establishing pricing guidelines and supporting deals.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to pinpoint value propositions and effectively position products in the market.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to evaluate product requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Define and articulate product direction, recommendations, and business necessities to the wider team.
• Participate in customer co-innovation initiatives and provide recommendations for MVP products.
• Prioritize projects within your designated area and engage in conflict resolution processes as needed.
• Consult with legal and compliance teams to ensure product features and direction align with laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy for Pharmacy Network Solutions, including value propositions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or a healthcare-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in product management or a comparable role in healthcare technology or the pharmacy sector.
• Familiarity with technical product development methodologies like Agile or SAFe.
• Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, and the healthcare ecosystem.
• Understanding of the NCPDP Telecom Standard.
• Proven ability to contribute to product development cycles.
• Capability to work efficiently with technical teams.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines to completion.
• Understanding of industry constituents representing pharmacy locations.
• Familiarity with pharmacy third-party claims and managed care processes.
• Ability to create solution value propositions that clearly articulate solution value and/or return on investment (ROI).
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across different organizational lines.
