This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Governance and Scope Protection: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, the PMO, and vendors, validating requests and evaluating impacts on budget, technical risks, and architecture.

• Strategic Direction: Establish the implementation strategy and uphold the high-level roadmap, prioritizing the backlog according to business value, risks, and system dependencies.

• Stakeholder Management and Reporting: Facilitate alignment meetings with leaders from various departments (payroll, timekeeping, RTS), manage executive expectations, and provide consolidated status updates.

• Risk and Quality Management: Recognize critical schedule and cost risks, devise contingency plans, and ensure preparedness for UAT and a successful go-live.

• Delivery Accountability: Ensure operational teams are accountable for their deliveries within agreed timelines, taking ultimate responsibility for the outcomes of implementation and the cutover plan.

• Test and Deployment Management: Validate UAT test scripts, ensure compliance with acceptance criteria, and oversee the production checklist during the first days following deployment.

• Vendor Management: Oversee contracts, scope, SLAs, and schedules with vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Strategic Project Management or Product Management with a focus on implementations;

• Analytical skills to evaluate impacts on future architecture and related projects;

• Leadership capabilities to coordinate alignments with the VMO and lead complex negotiations;

• Proficiency in refining the strategic backlog and sustaining a forward-looking execution pipeline;

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage the expectations of senior stakeholders;

• Familiarity and practical experience with timekeeping systems and shift/roster management.

• Desired:

• Advanced proficiency in English;

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and integration of tools within the ecosystem;

• Experience in participating in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and the deployment of HR satellite tools.
