This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Contribute to the strategic vision and trajectory of the Civica Pensions product lineup.
β’ Engage with stakeholders and customers to communicate the direction of the pensions product.
β’ Prioritize enhancements to pensions (both software and regulatory changes) in alignment with market and business objectives.
β’ Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals to shape and refine the product roadmap.
β’ Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams, to ensure effective product development and launch.
β’ Conduct interviews, surveys, and market research with customers to collect feedback and insights that will guide product decisions.
β’ Take a hands-on approach to defining and prioritizing product requirements to steer the engineering process.
β’ Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product features and releases.
β’ Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with the Product Marketing team, including the creation of launch plans, positioning, and messaging.
β’ Analyze data and metrics to assess product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make informed data-driven product decisions.
β’ Foster a strong culture of knowledge sharing and documentation of product decision-making and design.
β’ Demonstrated strong experience in product management for pensions software solutions.
β’ Extensive background in local government or public sector pensions software solutions and their regulations.
β’ Significant product management experience within a modern software or product-focused organization.
β’ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies to oversee product development and collaborate with engineering teams.
β’ Ability to navigate and manage the complexities associated with product lifecycle management.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities to collect, analyze, and interpret data that informs product decisions and reveals market opportunities.
β’ Proficient in prioritizing features, requirements, and tasks based on customer demands, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
β’ Act as a driving force in building and executing a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goals.
β’ Skilled in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
β’ Experience in crafting compelling narratives to convey product vision, value, and benefits to diverse stakeholders at various levels.
