Product Manager – Mission Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Integrate signals into actionable insights. Analyze chaotic and conflicting information to discern what truly matters.

• Define agent behaviors. Establish foundational elements such as objectives, constraints, trust levels, and evaluation standards.

• Enhance output quality. Propel systematic advancements across models, memory, and workflows.

• Take ownership of product direction from start to finish. Transform ambiguous challenges into tangible initiatives and guide them through to completion.

• Collaborate directly with users. Develop a profound understanding of real-world workflows and requirements.

• Convert mission signals into product strategies. Interpret real-world user feedback and translate it into clear product direction, including providing constructive pushback when necessary.

• Collaborate with engineering teams. Design solutions that are impactful and technically viable.

• Foster alignment in uncertain circumstances. Provide clarity among stakeholders when differing viewpoints arise.

• Experience working under real constraints. You’ve delivered products where security, infrastructure, or deployment limitations influenced decisions.

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach. You assume responsibility for results and drive work to completion.

• Technical proficiency. You can effectively communicate with engineers and comprehend system limitations and trade-offs.

• Clear and direct communication skills. You can explain decisions, trade-offs, and rationale in a manner that others can act upon.
