Product Manager, Machine Simulation, Post Processing, Manufacturing Libraries

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and develop the product strategy and roadmap for the Fusion Machine Digital Twin solution.

• Lead the simulation and verification processes for CAM machinery.

• Enhance post-processing and improve customer experience.

• Oversee manufacturing libraries and assets.

• Collaborate with the Autodesk partnership team to establish and grow relationships with machine, fixture, and tool vendors.

• Work closely with the Autodesk partnership team to guide the integration of partner add-ins into the Autodesk App Store.

• Partner with Autodesk Technology Centers to validate machine simulation, post-processing, and content libraries.

• Focus on driving meaningful outcome metrics.

• Collaborate with our Fusion Design, Fusion Operations, and Fusion Manage teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical credibility in CAM machine simulation, post processors, machine kinematics, or manufacturing content libraries.

• Practical knowledge of CAM workflows on real machines; experience with turn-mill and mill-turn processes is highly desirable.

• Leadership experience in managing people or matrixed teams.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable working with teams across various locations and time zones.

• Previous project management experience in CAD / CAM / simulation / digital twin / tooling library or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in hands-on post-processor authoring; experience with multi-axis kinematic modeling is preferred.

• Familiarity with commercial simulation engines and a clear vision of how a modern Machine Digital Twin should be distinct.

• A degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or control-systems engineering is preferred.
