Product Manager – Log Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the enterprise maturity strategy for the Log Management product, pinpointing gaps and opportunities to guarantee a sustained high return on investment.

• Develop a roadmap informed by extensive market research and customer engagement, complete with well-defined OKRs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including field, engineering, and design, to discover requirements and drive product development.

• Efficiently manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across multiple teams and functions at New Relic to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the New Relic Log Management product, encompassing its core advantages, functional gaps, and competitive market positioning.

• Establish a solid product strategy and release roadmap, ensuring the effective delivery of an initial suite of product functionalities.

• Foster strategic relationships with key customers to create a feedback loop for requirements validation, ongoing enhancement, and long-term satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in developing and successfully launching technical SaaS products.

• Proven technical expertise in log data, logging solutions, and the common challenges associated with this field.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams through expertise and impact rather than formal authority.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical designs clearly or in detail, tailored to the specific needs and goals of the audience.
