Product Manager – Learning & Education Technology

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of educational products and features that align with instructional objectives and user requirements.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to guarantee the accuracy, usability, and compliance of content with certification and educational standards.

• Work alongside instructional designers, curriculum teams, and developers to actualize innovative learning tools and enhancements.

• Identify gaps and opportunities within the curriculum and product offerings, piloting new and creative strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

• Coordinate across technical, educational, and operational teams to prioritize projects and ensure successful execution.

• Collect user feedback, conduct usability testing, and continually iterate to enhance the experience for both learners and instructors.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess product effectiveness, scalability, and impact.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle—from initial concept through launch and ongoing optimization.

• Cultivate relationships with external vendors and technology partners.

• Stay informed on trends in educational technology, instructional design, and learning science to infuse innovative ideas into the organization.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, education, edtech, or a related field.

• Strong project management capabilities and experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and making data-driven decisions.

• A background in curriculum development, instructional design, or learning science is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with vendors or technology partners.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
