Product Manager – Lab Equipment Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for Lab Equipment Services.

• Establish and implement service strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives.

• Monitor customer feedback, market insights, and competitive developments.

• Create pricing and monetization strategies to achieve revenue and margin objectives.

• Lead go-to-market strategies and commercialization efforts.

• Ensure channel readiness and operational alignment.

• Drive thought leadership and demand generation initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams from Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

• Engage closely with customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and growth opportunities.

• Lead initiatives that impact daily business performance and long-term growth strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and/or marketing, ideally in services-based environments.

• Experience in laboratory services, life sciences, diagnostics, analytical chemistry, or regulated industries is preferred.

• Strong understanding of laboratory equipment and regulatory compliance environments.

• Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic planning and execution.

• Proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies and supporting commercialization efforts.

• Demonstrated success in achieving results through cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience are also considered.
