This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in managing the life cycle of both existing and new implants, instruments, or biological products, along with related product literature.
• Oversee the management of several smaller product lines or a single larger product line.
• Aid in the development of market analysis and competitive product evaluations.
• Provide education in the field and support follow-up on regulatory matters.
• Enhance selling efforts by assisting with field training, visits, and case coverage for established surgeons and agents.
• Establish working relationships with leading orthopedic surgeons and their teams to assess their needs and maintain ongoing communication while adhering to the Advita Code of Ethics and all relevant legal standards.
• Plan and forecast inventory for product samples.
• Participate on project teams to facilitate new product development.
• Create annual marketing plans and oversee their implementation along with other tactical activities.
• Formulate and suggest annual pricing strategies.
• Contribute to the development of individual modules and deliver product training presentations.
• Offer marketing insights to the Multi Skill Teams.
• Propose ideas and solutions to significant team and departmental challenges.
• Relay product-related sales support information to the field sales team through Product Updates and other documentation.
• Provide technical knowledge to agents, representatives, and surgeons to enhance patient outcomes.
• Understand and apply the Quality System along with relevant Federal and International standards.
• Assist and support colleagues, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Windows-based office productivity tools, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to meet medical requirements for entry into hospitals and hospital systems to observe surgical procedures as necessary.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time for the job.
